Acceptance of these terms

By accessing hammer.fizyonops.com, requesting preview access, using an approved-user dashboard, redeeming a product token, or downloading a build we make available to you, you agree to these terms.

Scope of service

Kube Hammer is a desktop Kubernetes operations engine and related product-service surface. Availability of preview builds, dashboards, invites, downloads, and paid features may change over time as the product evolves.

Accounts, tokens, and access links

• You are responsible for protecting access emails, invite tokens, and download links issued to you.
• You must not share private access credentials outside the permissions granted to your account.
• We may revoke, rotate, or disable access tokens where misuse, security risk, or policy violations are detected.

Acceptable use

• You must not use the service to violate law, interfere with infrastructure, bypass entitlements, or abuse preview access systems.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or redistributing Kube Hammer builds without written authorization is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All Kube Hammer code, designs, documentation, and trademarks remain the property of Fizyonops Yazilim Limited Sirketi. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership or grants rights beyond the license scope of the product tier you hold.

Preview and beta features

Certain product features may be labeled as preview, beta, or early-access. These are provided without uptime or stability guarantees. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.

AI-powered features and FizyonAI

FizyonAI and all AI-powered features within Kube Hammer (including but not limited to the AI Assistant, Recipe Builder, and Smart Troubleshoot) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI-generated suggestions, kubectl commands, YAML manifests, diagnostics, and operational advice may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your environment. Fizyonops makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI output for any particular purpose.

User responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing any AI-generated suggestion before executing it against your clusters. Fizyonops shall not be liable for any damage, data loss, service disruption, security incident, or cost incurred as a result of acting on AI-generated output without independent verification.

Beta status: FizyonAI is currently in beta. Model behavior may change without notice. Response quality, latency, and availability are not guaranteed. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Billing and fairness: FizyonAI bills by 16,384-token context windows, not per query. Kube Hammer includes feedback mechanisms ("nop," for misunderstandings, "godd," for hallucinations) that allow users to report obvious model failures and receive automatic or human-reviewed credit recharges to their context window quota. These mechanisms are provided as a good-faith measure and do not constitute a guarantee of refund for every unsatisfactory response.

Data transmission: When using FizyonAI Cloud, cluster context data you choose to include (namespace names, resource types, log snippets, error messages) is transmitted to Fizyonops-hosted infrastructure for processing. Kube Hammer provides configurable redaction patterns to filter sensitive data before transmission. You are responsible for configuring these patterns appropriately for your environment and verifying that sensitive information is excluded before sending. Data sent to FizyonAI is processed under the terms of our Privacy Notice and is not shared with third parties.

Local AI: When using Local AI mode (BYOK/Ollama), all data processing occurs on your machine. Fizyonops has no visibility into or liability for local AI model behavior.

Paid licenses and billing

• License fees, subscription terms, and renewal conditions are stated at the time of purchase.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy available at /refund.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fizyonops is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the product or service, including but not limited to cluster downtime, data loss, or security events affected by your configuration.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections on intellectual property and liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bursa.
