Refund Policy

This policy covers refund eligibility and procedures for paid Kube Hammer licenses, subscriptions, and one-time purchases processed through hammer.fizyonops.com.

This policy applies only to transactions processed through hammer.fizyonops.com. If you purchased through a reseller or third-party marketplace, the refund terms of that platform apply instead.

General refund window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the conditions below are met. Requests received after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same license or subscription period.
  • Technical inability to activate or use the product on a supported platform, where the issue cannot be resolved through support within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Charges that occurred after a subscription cancellation was confirmed.

Cases where refunds are typically declined

  • Change of mind after activation when the product functions as documented.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal when the renewal terms were communicated in advance.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, your cluster configuration, or factors outside Fizyonops control.
  • Violations of the Terms of Service, including misuse or redistribution.

Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, the refund window applies to the most recent billing cycle only. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Effect of a refund

Once a refund is processed, the associated license entitlement or subscription access is revoked. Any downloaded software must be uninstalled and may no longer be used under the refunded license.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  • The order or transaction reference.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
